Our Sales Representative Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping customers discover the right wireless solutions, all while delivering top-tier service. Responsibilities: * Sell wireless phones, plans, and accessories in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring both retention of existing customers and acquisition of new ones. * Understand and effectively communicate a variety of wireless products, services, plans, and features to customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers alike. * Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, across multiple store locations as needed. * Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. * Participate in meetings and promotional events, both in-store and in the community. Qualifications: * At least one (0-1) year of experience in sales or customer service within a retail setting. * A minimum of one (1) year of experience handling cash transactions. * Knowledge of wireless products or experience in sales is a strong plus. * Proficient in basic computer skills. * High School diploma or GED equivalent. * Ability to pass a background check. * High energy, excellent communication skills, and a positive, inviting personality.
