Benefits: * Bonus based on performance * Competitive salary * Flexible schedule * Opportunity for advancement * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Plans, directs, or coordinates the distribution or movement of HVAC product/sheet metal to the customer * Resolves customer complaints regarding sales * Plans and directs staffing and training to develop and control sales * Determine price schedules and discount rates * Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability * Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts * Prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures * Consults with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications * Confers with potential customers regarding equipment and metal needs and advises customers on types of purchase * Advises customers on types of purchase needs QUALIFICATIONS: * HVAC knowledge and/or HVAC experience * Bi-lingual (Spanish and Enlish) SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $75,000 plus sales commission
