Responsibilities * Join the PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting scripts. * Turn inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments. * Transform outbound sales opportunities into booked meetings. * Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, then relay this to the sales agents. * Keep the database updated and maintain productivity reports. * Dedicate time to improving your skills through education and script practice. * Become an expert in the local real estate market. * Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls. * Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information.
