Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service while effectively negotiating and closing sales. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain various insurance products and services. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Market insurance products through various channels, including social media and community events. * Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage options. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance. * Participate in outside sales activities to promote insurance products within the community. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration. Skills * Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. * Ability to market effectively using various strategies to attract potential clients. * Experience in telemarketing is a plus for generating leads. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for maintaining client confidentiality. * Experience in outside sales is advantageous for expanding market reach. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is helpful in assisting clients. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance client interactions. * Strong organizational skills for effective sales administration and record keeping.
