Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Source, evaluate, and negotiate investment and commercial real estate opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property managers, and developers. * Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions. * Manage the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring compliance and a smooth client experience. * Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations to offer the best advice to clients. * Qualifications: * Valid real estate broker's license in Illinois. * Proven experience in investment or commercial real estate transactions. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluations. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for client management.
