As a key player, you'll craft integrated brand and marketing strategies for NeigerDesign and client growth. This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits. It is a hybrid position with three set days in the office and two work from home days. Job Overview As our Marketing Strategist, you'll architect profitable marketing strategies for NeigerDesign and our esteemed clients. Your role will involve designing impactful campaigns, including market research and tactical execution. Responsibilities * Develop, communicate, and execute strategic marketing plans for NeigerDesign and our diverse client base, including nonprofits and commercial entities. * Execute marketing strategies, collaborating closely with our digital marketing team to drive impactful outcomes. * Craft and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy for NeigerDesign's growth. * Contribute to new business efforts by assisting in proposal writing, presentation creation, and pitching. * Expand NeigerDesign's business channels through strategic networking, event participation, and innovative marketing tactics. * Stay abreast of industry trends, conducting account and competitor analyses to inform strategy. * Maintain marketing tracking and research databases, providing insights into market dynamics. * Ensure our website and portfolio remain up-to-date and reflective of our latest offerings. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing strategist or similar role. * A blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making. * Demonstrated project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional leadership abilities. * Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Google Analytics and AdWords. * Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.
