Salary: $24000.00 - $40000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Life Insurance * Responsibilities * Your primary responsibilities will include the following: * Service existing policies (i.e., policy changes, payments, etc.) * Cross-sell agency book of business * Create new opportunities through personal network * Generate sales via internet leads (leads purchased by the agency) * Meet quoting and sales targets Requirements Requirements: * Licensed in Oklahoma for Property and Casualty (Training and License reimbursed if unlicensed) * Licensed in Oklahoma for Life within First 90 days of employment. Nice to Have: * Experience in a CSSR or Insurance Producer Role * Sales and Customer Service Experience
