Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Provide ongoing support for clients regarding claims, policy changes, and renewals. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to better serve clients. * Collaborate with team members in sales administration tasks to streamline processes. Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * A proactive approach to building a client portfolio through networking and referrals.
