What You'll Do: As an Outbound Sales Representative, this role requires a unique blend of sales, customer service and tech skills. You will guide customers through product selection, manage customer service issues, and forge strong supplier and customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include: * Connect with eager prospects through outbound outreach--no cold calling * Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals * Consistently close warm sales after identifying customer needs and providing the appropriate product and service recommendations * Making outbound phone calls to warm leads * Utilizing your communication skills to engage and persuade customers * Managing customer relationships using CRM software * Achieving and exceeding sales targets through dedication and hard work What We're Looking For: * Income-driven: Motivated to earn significant income by dedicating 40 hours each week * Proven track record in sales * Coachable : Loves feedback and enthusiastically seeks it * Excellent Communicator: Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills in person, online, and on the phone * Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques * Ability to effectively utilize negotiation skills * CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software * Team Player & Independent Worker: A self-starter attitude is critical.
