Job description Currently seeking a Full time Assistant Manager for a Market Rate Property in Palmetto, Florida. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our business, ensuring that leasing goals are met while providing exceptional customer service. You will assist in managing staff, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities * Assist in supervising daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Assist with entering invoices and checking budget to make sure property is in line with budget * Post monthly rents, send out notices, and complete deposit Accountings. * Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment. Some type of formal training in the following areas: a. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software b. Fair Housing Laws * Must be able to work weekends when needed. * Must be able to work when Resident functions are scheduled.
