Key Responsibilities: * Tenant Relations: * Managing tenant inquiries and complaints. * Handling tenant issues and resolving disputes. * Enforcing lease agreements and property rules. * Building positive relationships with residents. * Maintenance and Repairs: * Coordinating maintenance activities and repairs. * Inspecting property conditions and identifying maintenance needs. * Marketing and Leasing: * Assisting with the leasing process, including tours and lease preparation. * Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants. * Financial Management: * Assisting with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting. * Administrative Tasks: * Maintaining accurate tenant records and files. * Preparing reports and documents. * Managing the appointment schedule for visitors and potential residents. * Customer Service: * Providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors. * Addressing tenant needs and concerns promptly. * Compliance: * Ensuring compliance with housing laws and regulations. * Adhering to fair housing policies.
