Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new car sales team! Candidates must have the following: * Automotive sales background preferred * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment * Strong written and communication skills * Steady work history and the commitment * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person") * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. * Valid U.S. Driver's license. * Background Check. Responsibilities: * Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs * Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction * Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals By working at a Ford dealership, you can be a part of a brand that honors the past, and is invested in the future.
