Now accepting resumes for a professional Leasing Consultant at Westcott Apartments. If you have experience in apartment leasing, strong communication skills (written and verbal), understanding of Fair Housing laws, have a proven track record in sales, customer service or hospitality, are a quick learner with a desire to expand your skills, you may be a perfect fit! We provide unparalleled apartments, awesome amenities and outstanding customer service. The main focus of this position is touring the property and apartments with prospective residents; assisting in the processing of applications; preparing move-in documents; and providing outstanding customer service to our current residents and prospective residents. Monday through Friday (9-6) and Saturday availability is required. Flexible schedule available during the week, due to working Saturday. Ideal candidates will have one year of prior experience.
