Currently, we're hiring for a Roofing Project Manager who specializes in sales acquisitions. Benefits and Perks! * Minimum weekly pay of $700 (drawn from commissions) with additional commissions paid the first week of the month following closed sales. * $60,000 - $180,000 average earning potential, ability to achieve desired salary through your sales * Training and mentoring to set you up for success * Family oriented, supportive sales team to partner with you * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * 401K with up to 4% employer match after 6 months of service * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefits - portion paid by employer * Company vehicle available for business miles * All the perks of W-2 Employee (This is not a 1099 contract role) Essential Responsibilities: * Make contacts and establish relationships with decision makers * Support prospecting and lead generation efforts * Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth; maintain an active pipeline of opportunities * Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met * Create and present sales proposals * Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms * Track and report on status of proposals * Respond to client inquiries * Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and strategies * Represent JR Roofing at assigned networking functions * Maintain detailed client database and prospecting lists What do I need? * Current and valid driver's license * Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business * Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills * Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams * High level of professionalism and business acumen * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other required software and database systems Notice of E-Verify Participation and Pre-Placement Drug Screening JR Roofing participates in E-Verify.
