Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Tech Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The Key Tech Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets. Responsibilities * Meet or exceed established sales quotas * Complete all onboarding and ongoing training * Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings (via Zoom app) * Touch base with the Territory Manager/Assistant Territory Managers daily/weekly * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Move leads through the sales funnel to a close * Deliver compelling presentations and engage in public speaking to promote products and services. * Engage in outside sales efforts, representing the company at various events and meetings. Requirements * Experience in sales, automotive industry experience preferred * Familiarity with automotive sales is a plus, but not required. * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the sales process. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak multiple languages being an advantage. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in managing a sales pipeline effectively is preferred. * Spend 10 days per month making sales stops outside home territory.- Home territory is defined as <50 miles from residence Join our team as a Key Tech Sales Representative, where your skills will contribute to our success while providing you with opportunities for professional growth!
