* IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED FULL-TIME APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, IN! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Greets, assists, and leases apartments * Tours the property and apartments with future residents * Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents * Creates all lease documents * Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist, Facebook and/or other outreach * Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Work Schedule: * This is a full time position Monday- Friday 9:00am -6:00pm and alternating Saturdays 10:00am -4:00pm Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: * Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service/sales role * Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software * Have good verbal and written communication * Be able to provide great customer service to our residents Compensation: $15- $17/HR + Great Commission Structure (up to $75 per new lease secured) * 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. * Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical Insurance for only $45.00 a month for yourself! * Free Life and Dental Insurance! * Vision and Disability Insurance. * 9 Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off, 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours. * 20% off rent at any of our owned communities.
