What you'll do: * Lead and grow our ticketing and corporate sponsorship sales efforts, ensuring financial success. * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive ticket revenue, sponsorships, and special event opportunities. * Oversee ticketing operations including group sales, ticket plans, and single-game promotions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and community leaders. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional campaigns and brand activations. * Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of sales efforts and customer relationships. * Provide leadership and training to the sales team, setting and achieving ambitious goals. * Represent the Pit Spitters at networking events, league meetings, and community engagements. * Be ready to wear multiple hats on game days, because that's what makes this job fun! What you need: * 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in sports, events, or entertainment. * 3+ years of sales management experience, leading teams and driving results. * Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth. * A passion for building relationships and delivering top-notch customer service. * Experience with ticketing sales, corporate partnerships, and CRM management preferred. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, because that's when the magic happens!
