SALES PROFESSIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION Internet Sales Professional - Automotive Dealership Friendly Ford of Crosby , in Houston, TX is looking for Experienced Sales Associates to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed. We are a family (and Veteran) owned dealership that has been in business for over 20 years, with a fantastic reputation for customer service!! Responsibilities: * Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training * Following up with prospective and existing customers * Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase * Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM * Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge * Spending time with customers to determine their needs * Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features * Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle * Completing quotes and explaining finance options * Complete daily work activities * Maintain Customer Satisfaction Requirements: * Bilingual a plus!!! * Professional appearance * Excellent communication skills * Team oriented * Basic computer skills * Previous Automotive Internet Sales Experience Schedule: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
