This role is all about helping people find their next home by overseeing the full leasing cycle for single-family rental properties. You'll focus on marketing properties, scheduling and conducting showings, screening tenants, coordinating lease agreements, and ensuring a smooth transition from application to move-in day. You'll be backed by a solid property management team and won't be flying solo --we've got three experienced managers on board, so you'll have plenty of support when it comes to the rest of the rental process. Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Marketing * Create and execute creative marketing strategies for available rental properties * Advertise listings through online platforms, social media, and signage * Schedule and host property showings with prospective tenants * Respond to inquiries and provide info on rental criteria and availability Tenant Screening * Process applications, including credit/background checks and reference verification * Ensure potential tenants meet company requirements and fair housing standards Lease Coordination * Draft and finalize lease agreements * Coordinate lease signings and ensure all documents are completed accurately * Manage move-in timelines and initial walkthrough coordination Move-In/Move-Out Process * Help facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs, working with the team to prep properties * Communicate with tenants about expectations, timelines, and procedures Tenant Relations * Be a friendly point of contact for tenant questions before and during their lease * Help resolve minor issues and direct maintenance requests as needed Qualifications: * Must have a current South Carolina Property Management License or be willing to obtain one * 1-3 years of leasing or property management experience preferred * Familiarity with AppFolio is a big plus * Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills * A self-starter with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Perks: * Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses * Fun, upbeat office culture (no grumpy property managers here) * Flexible schedule with some weekend and evening flexibility * Health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO negotiable Ready to Apply?
