The day to day responsibilities for this position include: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions. * Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services to clients. * Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. * Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets on a regular basis. An ideal candidate: * Possesses superior phone presence and oral communication skills * Demonstrates motivation, determination and perseverance * Maintains a high level of personal and professional organization * Expresses a desire for a career in sales * Uses critical thinking and problem solving strategies to overcome obstacles * Maintain and regularly update customer records in the CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationship management * Dayshift with rotating evening shifts with occasional Saturdays.
