As an employee of Each 1 Teach 1 Marketing, your main job is to promote our wide range of products to the right customers. You will be trained on the latest products and run marketing plans to make more people aware of our brand, get them interested, and boost sales across all our products. THIS IS NOT A DOOR TO DOOR POSITION! Currently we are working to fill positions for the following: Job Description: Your primary responsibility will be to educate and persuade residential customers to switch their electric and gas suppliers to our company. You will engage with employees of partnering organizations, presenting compelling reasons to choose our energy services over their current provider. Key Responsibilities: * Consultative Selling: Engage with customers to understand their current energy situation and demonstrate how our services can offer better value, pricing, and benefits. * Educational Outreach: Conduct informative sessions and workshops within partnering organizations to raise awareness about the advantages of switching to our electric and gas services, addressing questions and concerns effectively. * Sales Conversion: Using your skills and training, you'll convert interested individuals into customers, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to the company's and your own growth objectives.
