About This Opportunity The Sales Representative II will assist customers in finding and purchasing replacement parts, filters, and accessories for their existing finishing equipment or system. In this role, the sales representative II will monitor revenue, cost and margin on custom parts and projects. Additionally, monitor price lists and manage promotional programs. What You Will Do * Assist customers in identifying and sourcing replacement parts and accessories * Conduct research to determine needs and submit proposals and costing to customers * Collaborate with distributors and technical service representatives to resolve customer equipment issues with parts needed to return equipment to operation * Prepare quotes for individual replacement parts and spare parts lists for distributor or customer inventory * Support other sales representatives with processing parts and filter leads coming from a wide variety of sources including those received through our website, marketing, e-mail, phone, written correspondence, direct mail, regional promotions, and cold calling campaigns * Train distribution team on GFS products by explaining product features, functions, benefits, and value * Manage national accounts * Work in our ERP system to set up customers, enter orders, and manage projects What You Have to Offer * Associate degree in business administration, marketing, or related field * 3+ years direct or inside sales experience What We Have to Offer * We offer a competitive compensation package, generous incentive plan, 401k and profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability. * Development and career advancement opportunities.
