What You 'll Do: * Land Deals: * Go after commercial accounts with confidence--knocking on doors, making cold calls, and setting up meetings with contractors, property managers, and business owners. * Own the sales process from start to finish, ensuring every client feels like they're your top priority. * Be the Face of Marick Mechanical: * Represent our company with professionalism and personality, both in the office and out in the field. * Show off your knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, and other mechanical systems to potential clients. * Build Lasting Relationships: * Connect with key decision-makers and make Marick Mechanical their go-to solution for heavy mechanical trade needs. * Foster trust and maintain long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business. * Drive Success: * Develop and execute creative sales strategies that crush your targets. * Keep tabs on your progress using CRM tools and share your wins with the team. What You Bring to the Table: * Experience: * 3+ years of sales or account management experience (bonus points if it's in the heavy mechanical trade industry). * A proven track record of landing new accounts and hitting sales goals. * Personality & Skills: * You're fearless, persistent, and thrive on making connections. * Communication and negotiation? You're a pro. * Cold calling and meeting new people? No sweat--you live for it. * Industry Knowledge: * Familiarity with mechanical trade systems like HVAC, boilers, and chillers is a big plus.
