Wolf Point Distilling is a local craft distillery located in the West Loop. We specialize in distilling small-batch spirits designed around stories from history. This is an opportunity to join a fun team and learn about the distilled spirits community! Responsibilities: * Maximize sales at on and off premise accounts by placing displays, shelf and bar placement, implementing all possible POS materials, and building relationships with key decision makers. * Collaborate with team on ways to build excitement and engage accounts and consumers. * Work with accounts to schedule tastings, demos, and other events to help increase sales and customer awareness. * Maintain relationships with existing accounts and increase the number accounts both new on and off premise. * Assist on-prem accounts as needed with recipe suggestions using Wolf Point spirits. * Set up appointments with accounts via calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Sample spirits and train accounts on products and brand history. * Learn and grow knowledge of the spirits and distilling community. * Invite and host accounts at the distillery * Provide feedback from accounts * Meet and exceed sales goals * Administrative duties include order data entry, managing lead list, collect payments as needed, maintain up-to-date catalog of customers, contact info, and meetings. * Additional sales and admin related duties, as needed. Schedule/Compensation: Salary plus commission, no cap Part-time with the opportunity to become full-time Flexible Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday with weekend availability as needed Monthly Allowance Requirements: Must be 21+ Proficient in Google Drive required 1 yr of sales experience required Vehicle and valid driver's license required Liquor sales experience preferred Outside sales experience preferred Spirit and bartending knowledge preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 25lbs Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid training * Work from home Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * BASSET (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
