Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Director to lead our membership initiatives and drive growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in outside sales and business development. This role will include Business to Business relationship building to grow the LA Fitness brand! Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on outside sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members through effective account management. * Utilize technology sales techniques such as digital marketing through social media. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Lead a team of membership representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,592.00 - $61,864.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
