Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Closer with a proven track record of closing high-value sales in luxury, high-ticket, or fine jewelry environments. This is not an entry-level role. This is for the person who thrives on sealing the deal. You will serve as the final point of contact for clients during their decision-making process, especially when initial sales interactions have not yet resulted in a sale. Your job is to step in with confidence, poise, and exceptional communication skills--and close the sale. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the in-store closer on active sales opportunities when initial client engagement requires elevated closing skill. * Work in tandem with the sales team to understand the client's journey, objections, and hesitations--and take the reins to finalize the sale. * Navigate high-value purchases with care, emotion, and precision--selling not just a product, but a legacy. * Build strong rapport with clients and instill trust during high-stakes buying decisions. * Maintain deep product knowledge and stay attuned to current inventory and bespoke offerings. * Uphold Milanj's standards of excellence, professionalism, and client discretion in all interactions. * Track closing performance and assist leadership in identifying training opportunities for the sales team. What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience closing significant sales in luxury retail, high-end jewelry, automobiles, real estate, or comparable industries. * A true hunter-closer mentality with the finesse to handle UHNW clients and emotionally driven purchases. * Natural emotional intelligence: able to read a room, pivot messaging, and handle objections with grace. * Confident, persuasive, and highly polished communication style--both verbal and non-verbal. * Familiarity with fine jewelry and diamonds is strongly preferred , but a proven track record of closing complex luxury sales is essential. * Availability to work in-store, full-time, including peak shopping weekends and key events.
