Position Overview: As a Commercial Solar Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships in the commercial sector. Your focus will be on selling solar energy solutions to businesses, municipalities, and industrial clients, providing them with cost-effective, environmentally friendly energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial clients interested in adopting solar energy solutions. * Conduct needs assessments, energy audits, and financial analysis for potential clients. * Present customized solar energy proposals that highlight cost savings, energy efficiency, and environmental benefits. * Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to project initiation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and government incentives to offer the best solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Proven track record in sales, ideally in energy, commercial real estate, or sustainability. * Strong understanding of the solar energy industry and commercial energy needs. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Prior experience in solar sales is preferred but not required. * Knowledge of financial structures and incentives for solar projects is a plus.
