Job description: The Sales Manager contributes to Ciaccio Roofing Corp's mission to provide our customers support and peace of mind about their roof systems by providing service that goes above and beyond. This is not a contractor position. Responsibilities: The Sales Manager has the following responsibilities and duties: * Develop new customers, respond to existing customer requests for bids in a timely fashion, complete site inspections, complete measuring roofs for bidding purposes and resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Create sales material to present to new and existing customers, as well as assembling bid packets. * Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the roofing process * Assist customers in filing insurance claims and navigating the insurance process * Review and evaluate cost estimates * Understanding sales, estimating, and scope of work to bid * Achieve revenue, budget, and other business objectives * Define goals and objectives and communicate objectives on a regular basis * Present a comprehensive review of the project plans and specifications to the team as applicable Requirements: The Sales Manager should have the following skills, education and experience: * Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients. * Must be physically capable of performing inspections and sales calls that include getting on the roof in various weather conditions. * Satisfactory completion of field training with crew required to qualify for Sales Representative position. * High School Diploma/GED * Roofing/Sales experience is a plus. * Driver's License required - may have to drive larger trucks/trailers on occasion.
