This position will start on a part time basis and working towards becoming full time by the end of the year. We will train you on our systems. We need you to bring to the table: * Great communication skills * Self starter * Work ethic * Organization skills * Teamwork * Punctuality * Great hygiene and health The Sales Team (Program Director) is primarily responsible for marketing of the school, lead generation, and onboarding all new members. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Program Directors are expected to be in alignment with Instructors as this ensures the highest level of development of the students and the school. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead management and follow up * Scheduling appointments * Administrative duties as directed. Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)
