Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HVAC systems, along with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires effective territory management and the ability to drive technical sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of the HVAC team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures. * Manage territory effectively to maximize service coverage and customer engagement. * Drive technical sales initiatives, focusing on upselling services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. * Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide training and support to team members on HVAC systems, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. * Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience in HVAC management or a similar supervisory role within the industry. * Strong background in technical sales, direct sales, and business development. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. * Familiarity with territory management strategies and market analysis techniques. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other departments. * A valid HVAC certification or relevant licenses is preferred but not mandatory.
