Responsibilities and Duties: * We train you * Sales Consultants/Associates/Professionals spend time with customers to determine their wants and discusses vehicle options * Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology * Enjoy working with people * Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features * Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail * Support customers schedules by setting appointments * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more business. * Follow a process Qualifications and Skills: * Confident and sharp personality, process driven * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person") * Professional appearance and work ethic * Excellent verbal/written communication skills * Strong negotiation and presentation skills * Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through * Valid driver's license Employees can make more money , it is a commission month and minimum guarantee per month is 2k.'
