Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. Duties * Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades to potential renters. * Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property details using Yardi or similar property management software. * Assist in the administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. * Handle inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with facilities management to address tenant concerns and maintenance requests efficiently. * Provide support for Section 8 housing applications and ensure adherence to relevant regulations. * Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and enhance property visibility. Experience * Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred. * Familiarity with Yardi software or similar property management systems is a plus. * Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in record keeping. * Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous. * Understanding of legal aspects related to leasing agreements and tenant rights is beneficial. * Proven sales experience with the ability to engage effectively with clients and close deals. call Jeff 214-[please apply online].
