Join a team that doesn't just meet the hygiene standards--we set them. We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, the primary responsibility is to relentlessly generate new business by proactively engaging with prospects. Pursuing cold leads and performing extensive Face to Face cold calling. and other methods to turn them into hot and warm leads! The focus is on helping businesses improve their image and cleanliness, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment that aligns with their brand standards. The BDR will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and present tailored solutions that address their facility's needs. *What you 'll do: Prospecting & Lead Generation. Proactive outreach to potential clients by making 25 face to face cold calls per day. Use various resources such as social media platforms, business directories, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of prospects. Identify the key decision-makers within these organizations and introduce them to the value our company offers, setting the stage for meaningful conversations and potential partnerships. Needs Assessment: Engage in thoughtful discussions with prospects to uncover their specific challenges related to facility cleanliness and exterior appearance. Step into the client's shoes and view their business from the "outside looking in," and identify pain points and better understand how their brand image is perceived by customers and visitors. Tailor the approach to the clients unique needs and priorities. Deliver Sales Presentations that showcase how our services can directly address the client's concerns and improvement goals. These presentations will highlight the value and return on investment (ROI) of maintaining a clean and professional environment, emphasizing the positive impact on both customer perception and employee morale. By presenting customized solutions, the BDR demonstrates how our services align with the client's broader business objectives and brand standards, ultimately positioning our company as the ideal partner. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Beyond the initial outreach, the role requires fostering genuine, long-term relationships with prospects. Not every lead will convert right away, but maintaining open lines of communication keeps Enviro-Master top-of-mind for future opportunities. The BDR will nurture these relationships by providing ongoing value, whether through helpful insights, follow-ups, or simply checking in periodically to see how their needs evolve. Rigorous follow up and follow through: A critical component of BDR success is following up with prospects at the right time. After the initial outreach or a presentation, the BDR will ensure timely and personalized follow-ups to keep the conversation going and prevent opportunities from slipping through the cracks and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle. Detailed and consistent accurate records in the company 's CRM system. This will include logging all prospecting activities, follow-ups, and client interactions to ensure a seamless tracking process. Additionally, preparing and submitting weekly progress reports that highlight key metrics such as the number of calls made, appointments set, and deals closed. These reports will provide valuable insights into performance and help keep the organization aligned on progress toward achieving revenue goals. Incredible highlights: Virtually no legitimate competition A large territory No overnight travel Flexible Schedule Short sales cycles Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a Business Development or Sales Representative capacity Experience in B2B sales or lead generation, particularly in industries such as facility management and professional services is welcome. Proven experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations. Ability to quickly identify decision-makers within target companies and present value-driven solutions. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure accurate reporting. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies through ongoing training and feedback. Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate conversations with confidence and professionalism. Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to identifying pain points and offering tailored solutions. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Adaptable and coachable, with a desire for continuous learning and improvement. Compensation: Our compensation pay includes Competitive Base Pay and weekly Commision!!! Ability to earn a generous commission - As much as $30,000 to$60,000 above your base salary.
