Model Home Manager Ivory Homes, Utah's #1 Homebuilder, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our model homes in the Davis/Weber area and help plan and execute company and community events. At Ivory Homes, the model home manager plays an essential role in the upkeep and presentation of our model homes and helping the marketing and sales team market and sale our product. As a member of the marketing team, the model home manager provides key updates and necessary insight into the day-to-day operations of the model home and help support our marketing/sales team. The model home manager is an integral part of our most valuable representation of Ivory Homes to our homebuyers. Responsibilities: * Ensure that every facet of model home operation and maintenance runs smoothly work closely with subcontractor. (e.g. cleaning, internet, phones, landscaping, alarms, etc.). * Participate in and coordinate the model homes move-in and move-out process. * Work directly with the marketing team and design team to maintain up-to-date sales offices including model events; collateral; marketing technology. * Communicate effectively with the real estate agents at Ivory Homes to assess model home needs and help facilitate a seamless sales experience for our homebuyers. * Keep project log and document work orders for model homes. * Assist with community signage, including directionals and event signage. * Visit model homes and Ivory communities weekly. * Participate in and prepare for marketing events. * Attend weekly/monthly sales meeting. Requirements: * Outgoing personality and works well with team members. * A high attention to detail and strong organization skills. * Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. * The ability to recognize and respond to potential problems, especially prior to them becoming a larger issue. * Excellent written and spoken English, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication. * Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative. * Able to lift 25+ lbs. * Must be flexible to work nights and weekends - not typical 9am -5pm work week. * Valid driver license and reliable transportation/vehicle. * Technology savvy- must understand basic technology needs. * Able to perform basic handyman duties. Job Type: Contract Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
