We are looking for a driven Solar District Manager to join our office and help build a world-class solar sales team. As a Solar District Manager, you will recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales reps. We are a lead from the front organization, so the expectation is that managers lead by example with their sales numbers. Lobo Solar has a people-first culture. Key Responsibilities: * Lead multiple sales training sessions weekly * Recruit and hire sales reps * Sell solar via direct sales, and company set appointments, referrals, etc * Area management: assign and monitor territories for a team of reps * Help build a lasting culture of fun, personal development, and success Qualifications: * 2 years of solar sales experience preferred * Sales management experience preferred * Proven track record of personal sales volume * Must possess strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
