Full description of the position

* Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line * Pull purchased parts from stock * Field phone calls, provide price quotes and other required information * Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process * Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers * Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards * 5 or more years automotive Parts department experience required (Dealer preferred) * 3 years automotive Parts experience preferred * Knowledge of Ford, Reynolds and Wholesale is a plus! * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * Legally eligible to work in the United States * Valid driver's license * Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
