We deliver outstanding service by embracing our core values of _Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, and Self-Improvement._ The VP, Retail Sales and Service is responsible for the overall performance of Retail Financial Centers, Member Care Center and Retail Business & Brand Model Advocate(s), this role develops, implements and executes on strategies that align with the three Corporate Initiatives - Member Acquisition, Member Engagement and High Performing Teams. The VP/Retail Sales & Service oversees the successful performance of the Retail Financial Center Network through communicating the vision and direction of the organization to Retail Market Directors and holding those Directors accountable for the successful execution of growth strategies for their Retail Financial Centers. Hold the Market Directors accountable for the coaching and development of Financial Center Managers and their teams. This role also oversees the successful performance of the Member Care Center, providing vision and direction to the Member Care Manager on performance metrics and service standards to provide excellent member service and satisfaction. Holds the manager accountable for the coaching and development of member care advocates, providing insights for the improvement of processes and resources that will enhance the experience of members utilizing the call center for service requests and inquiries. This role also oversees the successful execution of the Retail Business & Brand Model through providing direction and vision that upholds the standards of excellence as outlined in the Business & Brand Model Manual and Audit. Hold the BBMA accountable for quarterly surprise audits as well as assistance in continuous evolution of the model.
