Applicant Qualifications: -Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written -Strong communication skills that include both verbal and written communication -Ability to learn, use and adapt to a Customer Relationship Management software program (CRM) -Prior CRM experience is an advantage -Ability to build long-term and trusting relationships with customers -Auto sales experience is preferred but not required as we will train. But, experience in customer relations is a must. -Experience in the Subprime and Buy Here Pay Here markets is a a big advantage -Professional appearance and communication are a must All applicants are subject to background and drug screening as well as reference checks.
