Overview Cass Hill Development is seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented individual to join our growing portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have great customer service and provide support to the Property Manager. Responsibilities * Conduct property inspections. * Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections. * Work with Maintenance to ensure all apartments are ready for move in. * Assist in leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants. * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, and filing . * Maintain accurate records of all tenant related items. * Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes. * Utilize Appfolio with accuracy. * Provide support in the absence of the Property Manager and assist in managerial duties as directed. Skills * Strong customer service. * Excellent communication, both verbal and written. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
