ROLE: Senior Account Executive * Why you are needed We need a passionate, driven and positive person to lead and grow our fantastic clients to new heights. You will also keep the VUE Health team informed, on track and inspired to deliver work that is innovative. What you will do * Learn your clients' businesses inside and out including therapeutic areas, product attributes and competitors. * Similarly, understand and have empathy for those patients we serve. * Managing projects from start to finish with the internal team: from writing project briefs, leading kick off meetings and moving projects through the process internally and with the client. * Submitting projects to Medical, Legal and Regulatory Review, including preparing submission packages, tagging and linking references, and participating in review meetings and tracking changes * Working with the creative and medical team to ensure accuracy of all changes and client updates, as well as submitting materials for proof reading and implementing changes. * Managing the SOW to ensure that projects are profitable and completed according to scope: including timelines & financials to ensure projects are on track and on budget * With our Production manager, coordinate production, as well as tracking budgets * General account administrative duties * Travel - no more than 10% * Join the VUE Health team in giving back to the community through volunteering your time and skills How you behave: * You are team player and supporter of our collective success * We all pitch in and do what needs to be done to help each other (aka we get our hands dirty) * You play well with others * You are professional and helpful towards clients and partners * You know how to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and communicate potential issues before they become problems * You are a great at prioritizing not only your work but your team's. * You can see the bigger picture of what we and our clients are trying to achieve * You are flexible, proactive, approachable and not afraid to speak up * Education, Experience & Skills Required: * Bachelor's degree or comparable experience * Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical communications, medical advertising or something comparable * Must be an organizational superstar managing many projects and multiple clients * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products is required. * Experience using ProofHQ or Veeva a plus * Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills are a must * Ability to commute to Downtown Boston About VUE Health VUE Health is an independent advertising and medical communications agency that was built in Boston, for Boston.
