As the Sales and Marketing Manager for our rigid plastic bottles and container division you will apply your understanding of our value proposition to identify, quantify, and open the door with new customers to achieve profitable sales growth as well as strengthen relationships with existing customers. You are responsible for delivering assigned market segment insights that would benefit from our solutions and services, establish relationships with customer decision makers that will be shared with our sales team, and close deals for profitability and growth. We are hiring a candidate that has managed both a sales team and sales volume of 100 million plus and wants to be part of a growing and winning culture. Develop plans and strategies to grow packaging sales in the custom Beverage, Personal Care, Consumer Packaging market 2. Develop and manage the sales force necessary to achieve growth targets. Current sales team of 5 regional sales account managers 3. Recommend price quotations through analyzing data and making informed judgments. 4. Produce sales budgets/forecasts and monitor results. 5. Coordinates efforts with Product Line Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing 6. Develop in depth relationships with key accounts. 7. Continually seeks and utilizes competitive intelligence Position Requirements: * Building and maintaining relationships with customers * Planning, organizing, and leading a sales staff in a manner that results exceeds expectations * Forecasting sales volume a * Administration of pricing, quality issues * * experience in rigid packaging, blow molding, injection molding or flexible packaging in custom packaging will be given first consideration.
