Full description of the position
We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. If you're looking to jump-start your career in sales, please apply today!Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: * Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved * Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads * Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication * Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele * Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience * Provide customers with educational information regarding their solar benefits * Schedule them for a free solar consultation * Present to them face-to-face Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred * Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field * Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car * Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process * Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills About Company Our mission is to inspire the next generation with optimism, teamwork, and results.
