LEASING PROFESSIONAL Are you a people-person with a knack for marketing and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team at a vibrant studio apartment complex in beautiful Wilmington, NC! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential residents, turning leads into leases with your exceptional sales and communication skills. Job Requirements : The ideal candidate will have a professional office image, possess excellent communication skills and be highly organized. * Tour apartments with clients * Lease and pre-lease apartments * Present, explain and complete lease/renewal paperwork * Walk apartments and report all necessary improvements * Identifying qualified leads through referrals, networking and outreach marketing efforts * Maintain closing ratio based upon the needs of the community * Participate in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management * Maintain a professional demeanor at all times * Assists the property manager and superiors * Adheres to and implements all company policies * Informs residents of work progress or delays * Other duties as assigned * Community software * Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required REQUIREMENTS: * Multi-family experience * Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Community software - Appfolio preferred (or others such as Onsite or Yardi) * Must know and comprehend Fair Housing Laws * Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills * Must be a Go-Getter and Self Starter!! * Must be a Strong Aggressive Leaser!! Other Requirements: * Valid Driver License * Reliable transportation * Able to work indoors/outdoors * Have proper clothing/accessories for different climate conditions and job duties * Able to work independently * Able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors to the facility *Commissions available for successful lead to move-in conversions.
