OBJECTIVES * Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs. * Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings. * Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits. * Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale. * Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies. COMPETENCIES * Expertise in assessing roofing conditions and upselling appropriate solutions. * Ability to develop persuasive proposals and negotiate fair contract terms. * Building and maintaining strong client connections to drive satisfaction and repeat business. * Clearly conveying technical information and service benefits to clients. * Identifying client needs and offering tailored, effective solutions. * Working effectively with project managers and team members to ensure smooth service execution. * Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
