Responsibilities * Manage daily administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office. * Provide outstanding customer service to clients and residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize software such as ServiceFusion and Quickbooks * Receive payments accurately * Assist with soliciting and managing estimates and purchases * Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and address tenant concerns effectively. Experience * Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field. * Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records management.
