Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. * Foster strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and support.
