Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and coordinating with various service providers. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage conflicts while maintaining positive relationships with residents. Duties * Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. * Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance requests. * Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality services. * Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolutions. * Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and legal documents related to property management. * Implement facilities management strategies to enhance the overall living experience for residents. * Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations as applicable. Skills * Proficiency in CMMS and real estate administrative tasks. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms in contracts. * Excellent conflict management abilities to resolve tenant issues effectively. * Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management. * Experience in facilities management and maintaining high standards of property upkeep. * Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with residents. * Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
