Responsibilities: * Be the friendly, consultative voice customers hear when they're shopping for home insurance * Guide prospects through the quoting process, answering questions and helping them find the right coverage to close the deal * Follow up on leads with no cold calling! Help clients protect what matters most * Become knowledgeable in our product so you can confidently explain what makes Plymouth Rock different * Hit your personal and team goals with support from a team that celebrates every win * Learn the ins and outs of insurance, consultative selling, and what it takes to succeed in a fast-growing industry Qualifications: * A positive attitude and a love for helping people * Great communication skills. You know how to listen, explain, and connect * A goal-oriented mindset; you're a self-motivated person who rises to the challenge and ensures they're hitting targets * Comfortable with tech (CRM systems, quoting tools.
