Position Title: Sales Executive Location: Chelsea, MA office Qualifications: * Bilingual or Asian speaking a PLUS but not required * Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED. * Freight Forwarding Experience a MUST * International Sales Experience a MUST * Able to work under pressure and meet Sales deadlines * Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills Responsibilities: * Find new business and identify new potential markets. * Generate business leads internally and externally, secure new business and grow customer base, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. * Set and track sales targets, activity metrics, and other necessary KPIs to drive performance * Understand Asia Market and deeply knowledgeable about needs and trends. * Great communication internally and externally and able to present "Presentation Skills" * Able to create a culture of sales excellence highlighting successes and best practices sharing and leading a team * Proven records to sustain own cost-plus achieving commission * Other assignments may be directed by the Management Featured Benefits: * Medical insurance * Vision insurance * Dental Insurance * 401(k) * Salary based on experience Dimerco is an equal employment opportunity employer.
