Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Mid-Day Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting members with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. The MSR will be responsible for handling transactions, promoting financial products, and ensuring a positive experience for members. Responsibilities * Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner * Utilize basic math skills to ensure precise transaction handling. * Promote financial services and products through effective upselling techniques. * Provide support in resolving member inquiries and issues related to their accounts. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Deep cleaning of gym daily * Lifting up to 50 lbs individually and doing group lifts for 50+ lbs Experience * Familiarity with POS and sales techniques is advantageous. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for member interactions. * Join our team as a Full-Time Mid-Day MSR and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our members while advancing your career in the financial services industry.
